Actress and singer Fantasia Barrino has been hit with a $25,000 lawsuit by a bank she allegedly owes money to. Get the deets inside.....
Fantasia, who we told you is expecting her second child, was hit with a $25,000 lawsuit last month.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit was filed by a collection company representing U.S. Bank for allegedly owing them.
While the lawsuit didn't go into detail, it did say the collection company wants "$25,057.02 plus 10% interest per year dating back to May 2009."
Neither side has given a statement about what's going on, but bottom line is, this bank wants their damn money.
