While Halle Berry's tauting all over the U.S. with her new boyfriend Olivier Martinez, her ex and baby's father Gabriel Aubrey found some time to kick back courtside at the Lakers game last night.

Kim was also there with her mom and sister Khloe and sat next to producer Polow da Don as well, so maybe it was just a coincidence both her and Gabriel Aubry were at that game and decided to chat it up.
But I'm sure if chick had a choice of which seat to plop her famed booty in...
