Alcohol Claims Lead to CPS Visit For Mariah
Child Protective Services apparently made a visit this week to the hospital where Mariah Carey is recovering from giving birth to twins, but it appears the whole thing was a misunderstanding. Perhaps the worst way to start off your new journey as a mother is by being questioned by child welfare investigators. Sadly, that?s exactly how Mariah began her career as a new mom, thanks to a few calls the agency received claiming that there could be drug and alcohol use at the hospital. Nick appeared on CNN to clear it up, saying that a nurse actually suggested to Mariah that she could drink Guinness to help with breast-feeding. He said that the whole thing could have been a sting-style set-up, or just a matter of someone misinterpreting what actually happened. TMZ has the rest of the story.
